Shipping policy

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We ship from inventory near Tampa Florida within the U.S. and will ship overseas as well. 

  • Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders shipping international will arrive within 7-10 business days

Shipping costs

  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States will ship for free.
  • Orders shipping to an international address will pay based on the weight of the package to ship in ounces. This is determined at checkout based on total weight of products. 

Local Pickup

  • If you live locally within a 25-mile radius we deliver to your home for free.

Returns

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within in 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the original purchase. For all returns or exchanges: 

  • Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. 
  • All original tags must be attached (if applicable)
  • You must present a valid receipt

Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order you may do so up to 3 hours after your order was placed. Please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes right away. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund.

We provide real-time tracking information on all orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please allow 48 hours before contacting us. We will do our best to locate your package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. If your order is received damaged, please take photos and email to us at bfletcher16@yahoo.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, and we will send you a new order will brand new products immediately. 

Should your order be classified at lost by the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a gift card for future purchased for the inconvenience.
